Seriously and without a doubt.

I spent much of the night writing - unable to sleep (sick kid and other stuff) - and had written an insane amount of words. I was so giddy and then I went to shut the window and when asked if I wanted to save, I hit no. I. Hit. Don't. Save. OMFG. I'm not going to say how many words I flushed down the metaphorical toilet, because it would make me physically ill, but...*sob*

I can only claim extreme sleep deprivation and complete dumbass-ness. I actually cried. I know better, dammit. I know to save as I go...why didn't I save as I went??????

So, I'm hunkering back down because this book needs to be done...and you can believe I'll be compulsively clicking "save" as I go. *sniffle*
